Today Garrett made an attempt at laughing. It came out as a happy squeel for a second. It was all I could do not to laugh back (It tends to startle little Garrett if I suddenly laugh out loud, so I have to conciously make it softer).
He is so fun to play with that it is hard to put him down for his naps. He seems to sleep soooo much, but I know that he is healthy (the dr says so) and happy (he is smiling so readily when he is awake).

So fun! As for the sleep, newborns are newborns for awhile :) Even babies and toddler sleep a lot...and their mommies, when we can... :) You're awesome!
